DE CÉA ships from Los Angeles, CA. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS priority within 3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will also be shipped via  USPS within 7-10 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. 

* With the COVID-19 pandemic, packages are taking much longer than normal to arrive, so please be patient during this time as your package may be delayed. *

USA Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class mail. 

International Shipping

For international orders, allow 7-10 days for your package to be processed and shipped out.


For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of California. 

Lost Packages

DE CÉA is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier immediately for further assistance. We will do our best to assist you in tracking down your order. That being said, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.  


DE CÉA strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, all of our items are *final sale* and may not be returned with the exception of damaged or defective orders. Please understand that we are still a small business and we cannot afford to do returns at the moment.

After 30 days we do no accept any returns.


It’s rare, but accidents happen! If your item has been damaged or is defective please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at for a repair authorization. This will allow us to assist with next steps and notify you of any fees prior to sending your item in. We will gladly work with you to reach a solution!
